The challenge

After receiving a large grant and a prestigious award, Pockets Change needed to act fast. They were presenting at a conference in a room filled with potential business and educational partners — without a plan or system to nurture connections in a streamlined way.

The approach

With her team already at capacity, reached out to Small Shop Strategies for support in creating a remarkable experience for audience members, including planning, writing, and automating a personalized welcome series.

With a few distinct audiences needing personalized messages, our team created two different nurture sequences to meet audience members where they are. Each new email subscriber is taken along a journey to connect with the organization in the way most relevant to them (ex: book a discovery call or donate $25).
