ABOUT
Nonprofit Automation Agency
Building automated donor stewardship systems for nonprofits.
These systems will help your organizations build donor trust, increase retention and improve fundraising ROI.
The story.
I’ve been in the trenches of an underfunded, under-resourced nonprofit.
I know how hard this work can be.
I was an Executive Director doing exactly what you might be doing right now — logging in at 11 PM to send thank-you emails, tracking donors in three different places, telling myself I’d “get organized next week.”
And then I missed thanking a major donor.
Not because I didn’t care.
Not because I wasn’t working hard enough.
Because I didn’t have a system.
When everything depends on memory and manual work, things fall through the cracks — even when your heart is in the right place.
That moment changed everything for me.
I realized the problem wasn’t effort. It was infrastructure.
So I became obsessed with building systems that make donor care consistent — not cold or robotic, but reliable.
Systems that make sure thank-yous go out on time, new donors are welcomed properly, and nothing gets forgotten when your team is stretched thin.
Here’s what I know now:
You don’t need to work harder.
You need systems that work when you can’t.
That’s what we build at Nonprofit Automation Agency — donor stewardship systems that actually stick, for organizations like the one I used to run.
WHAT WE DO
We build donor stewardship systems that run on autopilot.
For Organizations at Capacity
Your team is maxed out. Donor retention is struggling because stewardship keeps falling to the bottom of the list. You know what needs to happen—you just can't get to it.
Not Another Tool
You don't need more software. You need someone to make your current tools actually work together, build the workflows you've been meaning to set up, and write the emails you don't have time for.
Done-For-You Infrastructure
We audit your tech, integrate your systems, design automated workflows, write all your donor sequences, and train your team. Then we hand you the keys to a system that actually scales.

Lead by Rachel
We’re a small, seasoned team of fundraising, development, marketing, and operations experts — and every one of us has worked inside or led a nonprofit.
We’ve been Development Directors, Executive Directors, and solo fundraisers wearing way too many hats. We know what it’s like to juggle donor retention goals, apologize for late thank-yous, and keep everything running with systems that barely hold together.
We’ve put in the reps.
Rachel has worked with hundreds of nonprofits and presented to thousands through organizations like Bloomerang, Network for Good, We Are For Good, Charity How-To, the Nonprofit Storytelling Conference, and more.
That means we don’t just understand the tools. We understand the pressure behind them.
We speak your language because we’ve been in your trenches — doing the work, feeling the weight, and trying to make it all hold together with limited time and capacity.
Our expertise includes:
Decades of combined, real-world nonprofit experience
Leadership and frontline roles across development and operations
Donor stewardship automation and systems design
Deep integration work across CRMs, email platforms, and fundraising tools
We don’t have a formal “Nonprofit Automation Architect” certification — yet.
But building systems that protect donor relationships, reduce burnout, and actually work in the real world?
That’s exactly what we do.
